4 years ago, before attending a modeling competition, Rebekka used to have 44" hips and 26" thighs. Look at her now! She easily maintains 36" hips and 21" thighs with only one T-Tapp workout a week and daily CRT brushing. Normally she works with weights at the gym 4 days a week, but now she does the T-Tapp workout 2 times a week and weights once a week to maintain her body for fitness modeling.
