Average to Lose with Health Improvements

My name is Allison. I am a 34-year old wife and mother of two great children. Olivia, 4 and Dean, 2. Just like many mothers, pregnancy did a number on my body. I developed postpartum hypothyroidism after my first pregnancy. That, plus a second pregnancy caused my weight to hit 257. On top of that, my second pregnancy caused severe abdominal damage.
My first hernia surgery was to repair a 4-inch hernia in my left lower abdomen and an equal weakness repair on the right side. My lower abdomen was lined with mesh, and I also had an umbilical hernia repaired. I later had 2 additional surgeries to repair my belly button hernia. When the surgeon used the word "destroyed" when discussing my abdomen, I was worried. I was also left with 2 large scars and many stretch marks.
I joined Weight Watchers and lost 67 lbs. I enjoy exercising and began working out (when I was able) for an hour a day 6x a week. I really burned out on WW. I was tired of counting every cracker that entered my mouth. I stopped counting and quickly gained back 12 lbs.
Luckily I found out about T-Tapp from a fitness website. I love the workouts and what they do for me. I have many workouts, but now they are obsolete. When I want to do a workout that works, T-Tapp is the only option.
Taking the before pictures for the 60 day challenge was an embarrassing wake-up call. I am so glad that I did, because it is amazing to see the quick changes that T-Tapp gives. I now workout every other day with a couple of moves on my off days. Skin brushing daily has helped smooth out the scars and stretch marks.
It has also helped me re-gain feeling in my abdomen. During the challenge I have lost 17 pounds and 15.5 inches.
Giving up weights had me wondering if I would lose strength. The opposite was true. I am stronger now than ever. We have been re-modeling, and I have carried cabinets and large furniture without a problem. It feels great to be able to do it myself.
I would love to meet Teresa and the T-Tapp team. Attending the retreat would be a dream come true for me.
