60 Day Challenge - 2007
Category Winner
Men's

Shawn H.
Short Torso

I have been an avid road cyclist and previous lifted weights and did little stretching to go along with my activities. I discovered T-Tapp through a friend, and was able to easily get into the "drops" on my road bike, which, are the lower handlebars. Previously I had been unable to do so. Riding in the drops is very important to cut down on the wind resistance. Also, spending hours in the saddle resulted in a stiff neck and sore shoulders and tight muscles. With T-Tapp, my neck was more flexible; I was able to turn and see things much better, and enjoy riding due to increased flexibility. For this T-Tapp challenge, I spent about 3-4 mornings per week doing Basic Workout Plus, and occasionally some of the more advanced moves, but mostly the basic core exercises. I found that they are truly the foundation and the basis for why T-Tapp works so well; it addresses your core strength and works every muscle group in a specific order.

After doing T-Tapp compared with weight training I am most impressed with how well it works to increase flexibility and strength. I lost my chin, and was able to see my neck again. Both Jeanne, my trainer, and myself, were amazed at the improvement in my flexibility. For the amount of time we spent utilizing T-Tapp the results far exceeded my expectations. I would recommend T-Tapp, and in fact do, to many of my patients that notice how much weight I've lost, about 50 pounds, so I can share with them one of the secrets to my success.
