Less to Lose Category

Allison B.

How exciting to be a part of this 2008 contest! I wasn't expecting to see the inch loss that I achieved. I debated even sending my final photos, thinking that I didn't really lose enough to be considered. When I put my beginning photo next to my 60 day photo, I was very surprised at how much slimmer and tighter I look! At the beginning of the contest, I had every intention of doing a boot camp then EOD. It didn't happen that way though, life got in the way and there were days that I just couldn't even think of squeezing in a work out.

Being a walker (3+ miles 3-4 times per week) for over 7 years has kept me in decent shape but T-Tapp has made me feel strong. My muscles are much more toned. The change in my posture has been terrific! Using T-Tapp form, klt, rolling shoulders and no big toe definitely helps me while walking outside.

During the contest, I didn't walk as much as I normally do. I didn't need to and some days after doing AL and DD, there was no way I could walk. My favorite T-Tapp workout is Tempo lower body. By the end of the floor workout when my leg and rear end muscles are burning, I feel like I did something great for my body.

I would like to be a contest winner to show that a 42 year old Mom of 2 can tone up quickly without constantly working out and without being on a strict diet. All it takes is exercising smarter with T-Tapp.
