Judy A.

Thank you for listening to my story. Knowing that you would be reading it has been a great inspiration to me.

The real struggle with my weight began after the death of my precious 4 year old daughter. I weighed 124 lbs. when I got married, and gained only a little with my first three pregnancies. Then I gave birth to two beautiful twin girls, Ruth and Naomi. Naomi was born with a severe form of congenital heart disease. With her needing special care and being in and out of the hospital it was harder to lose my baby weight. Naomi eventually died following open heart surgery at 4 ½ years old. The great pain and stress of losing a child doesn’t go away. I believe that stress greatly damaged my health. It eventually affected my immune system, my hormones, my metabolism, my adrenals and more. After another pregnancy, I found myself over 200 lbs. and not able to get rid of it. I could go walking and workout with no effect. I had to almost eat nothing to make any dent in my weight loss. I tried many diets, but in the end always ended up back where I had started. Then eventually I was diagnosed with breast cancer. After surgery I determined, with God's help, to reclaim my former health. Through God guiding me through a lot of reading, researching, and going to different doctors, I am on my journey back. Part of that has been choosing to eat mostly God-made foods and less man-made foods. Now I found I needed to really focus on improving my metabolism (which meant building muscle), and finishing getting rid of some of my heavy metals. A friend told me about T-Tapp. I was excited that it was a program I could do in my own home, it built muscle without equipment and it built muscle from the inside out. I was also excited that this program helped to pump and clean out my lymphatic system. So I started only to find my knees and back hurting to a point that after two months I had to stop. Obviously I wasn’t doing something right. I found a trainer who was an hour drive away, but I wanted to make T-Tapp work. She showed me what I was doing wrong. I didn’t have any more pains! This spring I was ready to try again. I was so excited to see your 60-Day Challenge. It was just what I needed to inspire me to really try and see if T-Tapp could work for me. Obstacles seemed to pop up, but after each pause in my exercise plan I went back to work. I was so surprised to find that after two months I had lost 10 lbs. and 23.5 inches! I remeasured 3 times just to be sure. Thank you!

I would be very honored to win this contest; it would be a huge boost to keep me going. I know that I’d want to arrive in Florida having lost another 20 inches and looking fabulous, (I had almost given up that it was possible).

I would also like to share with others:

1. If you’re hurting, you’re probably not doing the exercises correctly. Don’t give up! Get some help.

2. If you have a degenerative disease like cancer or diabetes, and have an extremely slow metabolism, don’t give up. T-Tapp works.

3. It evens works when life happens and you have to stop for sickness, family events, or small surgeries. Don’t give up!
