Hi! My name is Ruby Shultz, and I'm from a little village in Illinois named Lena. I have three grown children and eight beautiful grandbabies - soon to be nine in August! This is the prime of my life, thanks to T-Tapp.

I have exercised my entire life: running; aquasizing; and spending hours at the gym. I recently worked as a fitness tech at Curves for Women for four and a half years. However, nothing has made me feel the way T-Tapp has. I've been a size ten for most of my adult life until three years ago when my husband was diagnosed with a very rare, very aggressive cancer. His prognosis was not good, and it shattered my world. I put my life on hold and devoted all my time to being his help-mate and helping him get well. Praise God, he's a walking miracle and doing great!

How did I fare during this life-changing trial? Well, let's just say that you can't eat chocolate every day and forego exercising for two years and still stay healthy. I gained a whopping 20 pounds and was wearing a size 14, not to mention that I turned the big 50! I truly thought there was no hope for me, and I was getting pretty comfy just staying that size. I knew it would take a lot of hard work to get back into my size tens and, to be completely honest, I just didn't have it in me.

Coming to my rescue, my friend Carol introduced me to T-Tapp. After purchasing "Total Workout" and T-Tapping with Carol a few times, I bought Teresa’s book, “ Fit & Fabulous in 15 Minutes.“ Also, I thoroughly searched the T-Tapp website, read the awesome testimonies and was totally inspired by Berei Brandenstein. Hey, if she could do it at 70-plus years and get such results, I knew that it could work for me too! Finally, there was hope again! Yes, YOU CAN, Ruby!

I was thrilled to learn that I didn't have to kill myself at the gym to see results. I completed the Total Workout three times a week and did supplemental walking twice a week. I've lost a total of 11.5 inches, and that's not the best part! I feel fabulous, and I'm more flexible then I've ever been before! I've had chronic pain in my lower left side for years. The doctors couldn't find anything wrong and said it was probably scar tissue from my three Cesarean sections. Thanks to "organs in place," the pain is gone! The pain in my right hip is also gone! Additionally, I have no more neck pain from a sledding accident that took place more than ten years ago!

I LOVE body brushing! Not only does it help with reducing cellulite as it tightens my skin, but my spider veins and age spots are almost gone. My skin is so soft and supple. Best of all, my bat wings are going away – bye, bye! (You know what I mean – that unsightly skin under your upper arms.)

Let me tell you, this baby-booming Gramma will NOT be ashamed to swim with her grandbabies at the local pool this summer. I've already bought a new swim suit and can't wait!
