When we returned home from Spring Break in March this year, I received an e-mail about the T- Tapp 60 day challenge. When I first read it, I thought that it was not for me, I had just received my first T-Tapp workouts and really had no idea what I was doing. It was constantly on my mind for the next few days and then decided I might as well join, after all it was a way to make myself accountable. I had wanted to get in shape and lose weight since my 3rd baby way born in March 2007 and I was not having any luck. We had just celebrated her first birthday and I was heavier than the day I delivered her!

I began the T-Tapp challenge on April 11 and taking full length pictures of myself half dressed was the hardest thing I have had to do! I set up the tripod because I did not want my husband or anyone else to see me like that. My goal was to do either SATI or Basic Workout 2 times per week and I loved the program because that was very doable. I could easily get up before the kids and have my workout done in about 15 minutes. Occasionally my 8 year old daughter hears me get up and sneaks downstairs and joins me! I am so happy to be setting a good example for her to develop positive exercise habits for her life. The God-Made/ Man-Made way of eating made perfect sense to me and I immediately changed my family's habits. I love it because I do not feel deprived or have cravings for anything! I had no idea that I would enjoy working out as much as I did nor did I have any idea that I would get the awesome results that I did! In 60 days I lost a total of 20 pounds and almost 30 inches!

Thank you so much for offering this challenge! Joining it was absolutely life changing for me! I plan to continue my regimen and cannot wait to see what changes I can make in the next 60 days! Now that I have something that I can easily do in the comfort of my own home and take with me when we travel, there is absolutely no excuse- weather, kids, etc. I have never enjoyed exercise and therefore never stuck with any sort of gym membership or classes that I joined. I was in search of something that was affordable and that I could do at home and that is what led me to T-Tapp in the first place. Now I have turned many of my friends onto it as well!
