Between working full time, working part time with my home business, chasing my
15 month old son, maintaining a family, having company for a week, and going on
vacation I have found doing the 30-Day Mini-Challenge during the summer has not
been as easy as I thought. After seeing what my results were with what little time I
was able to spend working out with the Ladybug and Critter Crunch Floor workouts, I was amazingly
surprised at the outcome. It far exceeded my expectations and was fabulous to see
how well I had done! My waist lost 2 full inches and that's not including the rest
of me! I lost a total of 8 inches on the 30-Day Mini-Challenge when I wasn't able to eat
very well or exercise.
I am so pleased on how well T-Tapp has worked for me. I started it in the
beginning of April and haven't been to the gym since. I tell everyone I can about
T-Tapp and what it has done for me. I wish everyone was doing this so they
wouldn't have to worry about food or spending hours in the gym a day.
