Let me first say thank you to Teresa for including a Trainer Category in this
challenge!
As with anything in life, consistency is what makes it work. I went into this
challenge badly bloated, up in inches and feeling miserable from not exercising
enough. I had great glorious plans of doing FULL Ladybug workouts combined
with full Critter Crunch floorJust like Heatherbut life got in the way. Sickness,
work and summer play all tried to take the place of exercise. I did manage to do a
few full workouts and many short workouts. During this challenge I allowed
myself to do Ladybug Basic Workout alone or Primary Back Stretch followed by Critter Crunch floor
alone. The reason I saw inch loss was not because I spent tons of time doing full
workouts, but was consistent with the shorter workouts. I especially attribute the
loss in my waist/abs to Critter Crunch floor (which I usually did from memory
after taking notes). I am so thrilled to be back in my jeans comfortably and have
my energy levels up. Because of those results, I consider myself a winner no
matter what!
