My name is Arlene and I have been T -Tapping since August 2007. I came upon T-Tapp as I was searching for yet another way to lose inches and pounds. I quickly Googled T-Tapp and was directed to the website. I read the testimonials and looked at the Try Before You Buy section. I was skeptical at first. Something struck me “Why doesn’t Teresa advertise nor do infomercials?” I decided that someone who relies on word of mouth must be doing something right. I went back to the website and ordered the Basic Workout Plus. As soon as it arrived I watched the Yes You Can seminar. I could not believe how I felt after just engaging in the T-Tapp stance. The shoulders back. WOW!! I tried the Hoe Downs and could not get through one set. I forgot to mention that I had been going to step aerobics classes twice a week and strength training and body sculpting twice a week for nine months. I did not lose one inch nor did I lose any weight. Imagine Not being able to get through ONE set of Hoe Downs after working out all that time. I was HOOKED. I started a fourteen day boot camp and immediately lost a dress size in just two weeks. Unfortunately I did slip and was not consistent, but I never picked up another weight nor did I do any other workouts since. I always come back and do My T-Tapp.
The struggle for me is that I do enjoy working out; but I like to do it in the morning. I would wake up feel a little tired and say to myself “just do it when you get home.” That usually never happened. I did have a wonderful opportunity to work out with Teresa when she came to NYC once in October and then this past April 2009. Teresa’s support and encouragement was just what I needed to keep going. I decided to keep up with my workouts. I get up a little earlier and do the Ladybug Workout Standing. That way I know that I did something for me.
Fortunately for me I don’t have many health concerns. I do have allergies and Asthma. I have not had many flare ups since I started T-Tapping. I very rarely need medication either. In fact if I feel like I’m getting sick I make sure that I keep up with the workouts because I begin to feel better immediately.
I do the skin brushing every day and it seems since I learned about this I am seeing more articles on how GREAT it is. I love the way the skin feels after brushing.
I would love to win the 60-Day Challenge because I LOVE everything about T-Tapp. It is amazing how each time I do a workout I learn something new. The tweaks are wonderful. I am building my T-Tapp library. I always need to have variety in my workouts. You get this with T-Tapp. Teresa always finds a way to make each workout different in some way; yet the basics are always the same. You will never get bored with T-Tapp.
I am very happy to have had this wonderful opportunity to participate in the challenge and while I may not win any prizes; I feel we are all winners when we take an active role in T –Tapping.
