The reason I would like to win the T-Tapp 60-Day Challenge is because I would like everyone to hear my story. My story is not one where I did T-Tapp every day for 60 days and ate perfectly. My story goes more like this…..
I learned about the T-Tapp challenge 2 days before the first measuring date. My husband was out of town on business, so I wasn’t sure how I was going to get my picture and measurements taken. Frankly, I was a little embarrassed to reveal myself to any of my friends! So, I called my local T-Tapp Trainer, Katarina Creedon, to ask her if she thought I could do this, to get her thoughts on what category I should enter and lastly to find out if she should measure me and take my pictures. She answered my questions and of course said that she could take my pictures and measure me. So off I went onto the T-Tapp 60-Day Challenge!
My husband was coming back at the end of the first week of the challenge, so there was a lot to do to get ready for his return. After all, he had been gone for a month! During the first week, I only managed to workout 2 times! Not a very good start to a 60-Day Challenge. I picked up speed after that and worked out 11 days in a row for at least 40 minutes each time. I switched my workout frequently going between the Ladybug Standing, Ladybug Floor, and Step Away the Inches. Everything was going great until the 2nd half of the challenge when I was sidelined for 1 week due to ant bites all over my body. I picked up a bag of mulch before I realized there was an ant hill underneath it! In fact you can still see the remnants of one of the bites on my 60 day pictures. The last week of the challenge, I was sidelined again for several days because I hurt my hand trimming bushes. Outside work just DOESN'T agree with me! The whole time I ate reasonably well but not perfectly. After all you must indulge a little when attending the many summer barbeques!
Despite the fact that I only did T-Tapp 40 of the 60 days of the challenge and sometimes only did the first 20 minutes of the Ladybug Standing workout, I lost a total of 31 1/4 inches and can see the start of a 3 pack! I have a ways to go before I see a 6 pack but I know I will be able to accomplish this goal with T-Tapp!
As an acupuncturist, I believe I must practice what I preach and T-Tapp gives me that opportunity with only 20 minutes a day, if that is all the time I can spare to exercise. I have recommended T-Tapp to a number of my patients and I received this email yesterday from one of them:
“Lost 4 3/4" last week. My total for the four weeks I've been tapping is 15.5"!!!! I am starting to see a clear difference in hips and thighs. More to come, but I'm pleased with the progress! Thanks for recommending T-Tapp to me!”
