Average to Lose with Health Improvements Runner Up Winner

My journey with T-Tapp began several years ago when I saw the book Fit and Fabulous in 15 minutes on Amazon.com. Being a sucker for new weight management products I decided to order thinking maybe one day I would find a program/product that actually worked. Of course after reading part of the book and trying some of the exercises, I felt good but never fully committed.

I have battled my weight since childhood and credit the “clean your plate before you get dessert method” for part of this mindset. It all started from as early as age ten I remember attending Weight Watchers. From Richard Simmons to Atkins, LA Weight Loss, grapefruit diets, Nutri System, and any other weight loss program fad, you name it and I’ve tried it.

After receiving an email for the 60-Day Challenge, I decided that I had nothing but inches to lose. I began doing the Basic Workout Plus and rotated with Step Away the Inches five days a week. Each workout I did, the better I felt! I also did body brushing and took the Premium Blended Alfalfa on a regular basis. After thirty days, I was a little disappointed to see that I had only lost four pounds but was shocked that I had lost over fourteen inches!

I had a slight set back (or so I thought) when I got sunburned so badly I was unable to completely bend for over a week. I was also unable to do body brushing for almost two weeks. I thought surely being unable to complete full T-Tapp workouts and body brushing would really hurt me by the end of the challenge. But to my surprise at the end of the challenge, I was shocked to see that I lost an additional nine inches and another five pounds. T-Tapp has proven to me that in order to lose inches it is unnecessary to join a gym!

Even though I thankfully don’t have any major health issues, T-Tapp has given me the tools I need to continue to reach my health and fitness goals. I now look forward to my workouts and hope to expand my T-Tapp DVD collection and knowledge of this wonderful program!
