I have always been an exercise guy. I love being active. I am 47 years old and have been weightlifting, running and or cardio training since high school. Prior to T-Tapp, I was using the Body for Life Exercise Program and spent 6 days a week at the gym getting mediocre results for my zealous effort. In March of 2006, my wife Amy, brought home the T-Tapp DVDs. She had been "tapping" just 3 days a week and having amazing results. In May of that year, I decided to give it a try. In a month, I lost several inches and felt great and liked the way my body was transforming. I discovered that there is no more effective exercise than T-Tapp and have been tapping ever since.
I decided to participate in the 60-Day Challenge for several reasons. First, I needed some motivation to keep me exercising during the summer. Second, to provide inspiration to men who are thinking about trying T-Tapp. In addition to working out at home, my wife and I work out in the mornings with Senior T-Tapp Trainer Jeanne Zimet in Clearwater. Once I think I am pushing it to max, Jeanne will tweak my form in such a way that it takes it to the next level. The most enjoyable part of this challenge has been exercising and seeing immediate results. Proper form and consistency are the keys to a successful experience with T-Tapp. The variety of workouts offered by T-Tapp means that exercise never gets old. There is always something new to learn.
I would like to win the men's category this year so that I can attend the Retreat. I look forward to being trained and taught for a whole weekend by Teresa Tapp and her experts. I also will enjoy sharing in the camaraderie with other "T-Tappers" from around the world. |
