Basic Plus/SATI/STTM/TappCore Runner Up Winner
The 60-Day Challenge was the boost I needed to actually become faithful at exercising again. I had purchased the complete set several years ago, and did a good job for several months or so working out only with Basic Plus. I lost two sizes and settled into a routine that just maintained that size. I struggled with Fibromyalgia and got lazy. Eventually one clothing size crept back on.
For my 60-Day Challenge I began again using the Basic Workout Plus daily in addition to walking 20 minutes on a treadmill or outside. The first month of the challenge showed fantastic results, I dropped one size and was feeling pretty good. When the second month rolled around, I spent a week getting preparing for my wedding and did not exercise at all that week. The week after that I went on a motorbike/camping honeymoon. No exercise to speak of for at least two weeks of the last month of the challenge, the other two weeks I only got in about 4 workouts. I ate everything wrong and was sure that I had gained back all my losses of the first month.
Surprise! I didn’t gain anything but kept off the first month inch loss. That is good news. I am looking forward to adding the next phase of the Total Workout. One thing I have learned is that slow is okay. This workout keeps the inches off. No week-after instant rebound! What a relief.
I will continue with workouts, even if slowly as my Fibromyalgia permits, but I know that with this workout I will continue to lose inches and keep them off, gaining more energy little by little. Thanks again T-Tapp staff! |
