My journey with T-Tapp began when my mom showed us TappCore. We started to do it for homeschool and I thought it was hard. Then I heard about the challenge. I thought I could do it so entered and starting doing TappCore. My favorite move is Hoe Downs because we did them at our homeschool co-op. They sure get me pumped up and make me feel good!
The biggest thing I learned during the challenge is not to walk with duck feet. I said, “Awwww”, when I saw I was walking like that!
I did TappCore every couple days. It made my shoulders and neck feel better. They had been hurting and aching.
When we measured at the end of the challenge, I was happy to have lost 17”. I think TappCore is great for kids and makes you feel strong and proud. |
