What a blessing this 60 days has been! I was feeling down and out with my weight gain when my friend and I committed to your challenge. Yes taking those HORRIBLE pictures at first was simply terrifying but we did it. Then the T-Tapp began for 14 days straight... I DID IT and yes I can! I continued working out every other day for the remainder of the challenge. I took a week off when all of my children came home for the 4th of July.
I am turning 49 years young this August and I have never felt better. I am a Mother of 5 wonderful children and I'm down to just 2 in the home. This makes it a little easier to work on ME time. The benefits have been amazing. I am stronger, more energetic, more flexible, sleeping better, and last but not least THINNER. I realize I have got to lose more but I know I can do it with T-Tapp. So thank you for giving me this precious gift... my life back. With the energy T-Tapp has given me I started running again and swimming laps. Seriously, I feel like a teenager again. My husband and children see the spark is back in my eyes and I am ready to be the BEST I can be, HEALTHY, HAPPY and ready to DO T-Tapp forever.
Thanks for such a rewarding experience. My workouts started with Basic Workout Plus and Fit and Fabulous in 15 Minutes and worked up to Total Workout. I am looking forward to doing your Ladybug Workout next. |
