Consistency Is the Key!

I was introduced to T-Tapp 3 years ago. Since then T-Tapp has been my primary form of exercise other than walking or riding bike with my kids. Why bother with any other form of exercise when I've never had the success that I've had with T-Tapp! Every time I have utilized the T-Tapp system I have been able to lose between 15 to 30 inches. I have heard the phrase "consistency is the key" ever since I began T-Tapp. Why did it never kick in? I don't know, I still don't have any answers to that one. But I do know that I learned it this time! With consistency I have been able to lose 16.5 inches and 5 pounds throughout the Self-Directed 60-Day Challenge. With consistency I have been able to lose inches and weight. Deep down the number on the scale doesn't matter to me. That is why T-Tapp was appealing to me. I never really cared what the scale said; I cared how my clothes fit. I am proud of the inch loss I was able to obtain, but I am very pleased to see that number on the scale start to go down. With any other diet or workout plan I tried, I never saw the scale drop. After awhile I grew frustrated and I gave up. With T-Tapp I am able to see and feel my results. Like most people when it comes to an exercise program you gradually let it drop off until one day you are no longer working out at all. I've done this many times over the last 3 years. I am proud to say that I have been consistently T-Tapping for 6 months now! I feel that I have finally gotten to the point where I have built up some dense lean muscle tissue and I have been able to *Tapp* into my fat burning furnace. Thus increasing my metabolism and finally seeing a drop on the scale. No matter how many times I have dropped off and come back to it; T-Tapp has always been there and it has always delivered success. This time around I am dedicated to making T-Tapp a regular, consistent, ongoing part of my life. Instead of always coming back to T-Tapp it finally hit me - if you keep doing it, IT WILL KEEP WORKING. Being able to feel as if I have boosted my metabolism into fat burning is one of the biggest motivators I have discovered. Now that I am there I DON'T want it to stop! I still have a ways to go before I reach my personal goals but I know that with T-Tapp I will be able to achieve them.

I also discovered improved confidence with T-Tapp. I am becoming the person that I see inside. I no longer hide behind big baggy clothes. I am starting to wear and feel comfortable in more tailored fitted clothes. I used to dread to go shopping for clothes. It is still not an easy job, but I am starting to enjoy it more. I have also enjoyed being able to go shopping in my closet. I knew I kept those "skinny" jeans for a reason! I now have the confidence to be me and I have the confidence to be comfortable with myself and my body.

I also have so much more energy. No matter what time I would go to bed or get up the next day I would drag the whole day. I felt tired from the time my feet hit the floor in the morning to the time I went to bed at night. I yawned constantly. I find I sleep deeper. I wake up refreshed and rested. I no longer yawn all day long. Come to think about it - I think I hardly yawn at all anymore. I have the energy to get a workout in before the end of the day. What a wonderful feeling - to no longer be exhausted!

I have also been consistent with the CRT skin brushing. My skin feels like silk. I have always had dry, scaly, flaky skin. With the skin brushing it is soft, smooth, and toning up right along with the rest of my body. My skin is still dry thanks to the Midwest winters and the very dry air. I also love how it promotes lymphatic flow. My family has been plagued will illness over the last two months. I am pleased to say that I am the only one that has been able to avoid illness. I attribute this to T-Tapp exercise and the skin brushing. I believe that the lymphatic effects have been able to keep my system running smooth and efficiently.

I would love to be able to attend the T-Tapp Retreat. I would enjoy learning about other's success, sharing my story, and making life long connections with others that have shared in this miraculous journey. After all, a program is more successful with support. Where in the world would you be able to find more support, encouragement, and positive networking than a T-Tapp Retreat? The Retreat would provide continued motivation, continued consistency, and continued personal growth just to touch the tip of the iceberg. The potential benefits are too numerous to mention!

Thank you for providing us with wonderful opportunities to learn from your amazing knowledge and the knowledge from others around you. Thank you for your dedication to providing quality trainers to spread the word about T-Tapp and assist us on our journey. I am thankful that I've had the opportunity to learn from Annette Kunde and Michelle Barbuto. Thank you both for your encouragement, your dedication, and your devotion to T-Tapp and helping others. All of you have had an amazing impact on my life. I hope that someday I will be healthy, lean, and be able to motivate someone else to achieve great success through T-Tapp.
