I am so happy that I finished the challenge. It has given me a real sense of accomplishment. Anything is possible with the right mindset, a good plan and a GREAT PROGRAM. I have experienced increased energy, more confidence and a more positive outlook. Entering the contest gave me accountability and made me take responsibility.
Along with the exercise I knew nutrition had to be a part of the plan, so I started eating "cleaner", eating more sensible. I believe the key factors to my success were setting small goals, eating healthier and, most importantly, believing in the T-Tapp system.
The feeling I get when people compliment me on how good I am looking or when fitting into a smaller size is amazing! The reward is definitely in the results!!
