Average to Lose Runner Up Winner

Valerya S.

Sorry, English is not my mother language. It is hard to express myself but I'll do my best.

I've learned about T-Tapp after my second child was born in 2005. I performed all exercises that were described on T-Tapp website and back then I made a great progress loosing the inches. I was approximately half way to my goal when I've learned that I was pregnant again. I did not know whether T-Tapp is safe for pregnancy and decided to not continue. I've gained a lot of weight and volume after my third child was born and started my exercise very soon after delivery. I borrowed a book Fit and Fabulous in 15 Minutes in local library and after studying it very carefully started making Full Workout. But I was interrupted by family crisis. It was the hardest time in our lives and unfortunately it ended up by divorce that was very harmful and nasty. I had to take care of all my little kids all by myself, I was so tired and unhappy, I had a severe mood swings and sometimes I did not want not only to exercise but also to live at all. Imagine how busy am I: I'm a single mother of 3 kids (7, 4 and 1.5 years old) and I'm a student.

Then I've learned that new T-Tapp competition had to start soon and decided to pull myself together and give it a try. I started from boot camp for 1 week making Full Workout in beginner level plus exercise for abdomen and Diva Derrière. Then I continue with Full Workout every other day. After first checkpoint I started making Full Workout on intermediate level (10 reps) with mild variations 3 times a week. I did not have any diet except I stopped putting sugar in my tea and coffee. I could let myself enjoy by eating my favorite food: ice cream and cakes, but not very often though. :-)

My goal was to lose 2-3 clothing sizes and I achieved it! Before the competition I was wearing size 12, now my size is 9. The interesting thing is that my weight is almost the same. I lost only about 3 pounds. I was in this weight before and I can say that I could not fit in size 9, usually it was 11.

T-Tapp helped me to gain my self-esteem and I feel much more healthier and happy now. I have intention to continue my own competition because I have a new goal to achieve – size 7!
