Meet the T-Tapp Mommy Fitness Trainers


Esther, Michelle, and Melynda extend a warm welcome to T-Tapp Mommy Fitness. Here at Mommy Fitness, we focus on different aspects of T-Tapp and pregnancy. You will find information to support your wellness goals throughout this exciting time in your life and beyond. There are also tips on modifications, post-partum exercise and recovery, and workout with a little one. Most importantly, here at T-Tapp Mommy Fitness you will find caring, insightful support from others who are where you are now or have been there before.

Just because you are pregnant does not mean you have to stop exercising, unless your heath care provider advises so. Pregnancy is a time of great joy, with a lot of new emotions and wonderful things going on within your body. Although you have no control over the growing baby inside and belly outside, you do have some control over how much the rest of your body needs to grow. In pregnancy it is necessary to gain some weight, as it ensures that the baby is growing. Some of this weight gain actually is stored specifically for breastfeeding in places where we do not want it, like our hip pads, back, and arms. By doing the T-Tapp workout, you can exercise, feel good and maintain healthy muscle tone as your baby and belly grow, and help to minimize the amount of excess fat stored as well as aid you in the birthing process.
