“I just want to say that after a month of doing T-Tapp I have less pain in my neck and shoulders than I have in years. Also have had far fewer headaches. I have also lost inches, especially around my waist. I'm a pastor and I didn't want to try changing my eating habits at the tail end of Lent and Holy Week, which are wonderful but stressful times, but I kept up with T-Tapp...dare I say it...religiously! Even on Easter Sunday I was up at 4:30 to do Total Workout before the Easter sunrise service. I'm looking forward to trying new workouts and the eating plan!”
