I'd like to begin my contest story with a little bit of history. My journey with T-Tapp began in January 2002. My daughter had just celebrated her first birthday and I had yet to lose any of the weight from her pregnancy, in fact I may have even been heavier than the day after delivery. I knew it was time to find a way to lose weight. Weight Watchers online sounded like a great idea, so I joined. While reading the message boards I came across a post from Jenibug. Could this workout be everything she claimed it was? I researched online for a few weeks and then ordered the tapes. Ordering the tapes was life-changing decision for me. T-Tapp has been a consistent part of my life over the past 2.5 years. In the fall of 2002 I reached my ideal weight and clothing size. It felt wonderful. In January of 2003 I got pregnant with my fourth child. After the morning sickness subsided, I worked out by walking and doing all of the standing T-Tapp moves. I tapped up until the day my second daughter was born. Fast forward to August 2004.

This contest has been a wonderful way to jumpstart my desire to get back into my size 8 clothing. I gained over 40 pounds with my last pregnancy (my daughter was born in September 2003) and I knew T-Tapp could help me transform my body. Two years ago I used T-Tapp to lose over 25 inches and I knew I could do it again. This contest was what really helped me to be consistent with my workouts and eating habits. I began the contest with a 14-day Tempo boot camp. After the boot camp was over I worked out every other day with T-Tapp (using a variety of tapes; Tempo, Tempo Torso, Hit the Floor, and Tempo Arms) and on the other days I would first do Basic Plus and then workout on my elliptical machine.

I also committed to eating God-Made as much as possible. On special days I would treat myself, but for the most part I stuck with God-made food. Two years ago I was able to lower my cholesterol by 65 points doing T-Tapp and eating God-made foods. My cholesterol has increased again, so I knew I needed to get back into eating healthy and exercising. I haven't had my cholesterol tested again, but plan to do that at my annual exam. I know it will be lower.

I am very pleased with my results! I lost a total of 20.75 inches and 9 pounds during the last two months!! I started out wearing a size 14 and now I am fitting comfortably into my size 10's. I can button the 8's, but they are still tight.

Thank-you Teresa, Kitty and the T-Tapp staff for all you do. I was a member of the original Habit Formers and I saw first hand the results from being consistent. This was just another wonderful opportunity Teresa gave me to change my body. Thank-you for the contest. Thank-you for helping me be consistent. Thank-you for "the workout that WORKS!"
