I hope what I have to say will inspire/encourage someone to hang in there, results will come.  T-TAPP offers so many benefits, some we don’t even realize.  Here’s a brief synopsis of my story.

 

About a year ago I was shopping in Wal-Mart and noticed a new fitness magazine.  I was determined “once again” that it was time for me to get in shape.  I bought the magazine and much to my surprise there was an article stating that you could lose up to 2 sizes in 4 weeks.  Of course I just had to give it a try.  I’m a hands-on person so to speak, so the illustrations didn’t do much for me.  I went out bought the book and decided to use the coupon to order my “supplies”.  During this I was diagnosed as pre-diabetic.  I was/am determined not to succumb to the illnesses many of my family members suffer from, so I started frantically searching the internet for any and everything to beat this dreaded disease.  I knew that losing weight was the key for me, but no matter how much I exercised, the weight would not budge and my blood sugar readings began to go crazy.  So I decide to try a different approach.  I began taking the Alfalfa, B-12 plus and PG. I do admit that sometimes I use more than the recommended amount, but hey, it’s working for me. My blood sugar readings have stabilized and I know any day now the dreaded “diabetes” worry will become a distant memory. I was retaining fluid like crazy, now it only happens occasionally; I credit this to the Alfalfa and PG as well.  Also my skin is amazing, I’m often asked what type of foundation I use that looks so natural, I proudly tell them nothing.  I have called the office on “numerous” occasions and I promise you, I have never met a nicer staff.  Every single time I have gained a wealth of knowledge.  Of course with all of the recent sales, my shelves are completely stocked.  Now that my readings have stabilized, I have the motivation to begin exercising the T-TAPP way.  I have no doubt that the weight and inches are going to disappear.  On my most recent call/order Lauren suggested I do Hoe Downs after every meal.  I started them on that day and I’ve already noticed a decrease in my abdominal size.  I’ve had several people ask me what I’ve been doing especially since I no longer go to the gym after work, I excitedly tell them about T-TAPP. The forums are so helpful. I rarely post, but I lurk daily. I can hardly wait to regain the figure I’ve once had. I encourage any and everyone to give T-TAPP a try.  Of course everyone’s body makeup is different, so don’t give up, hang in there until you find the combination that works for you and please, don’t be afraid to try something new. My name is Bobbie White, I’m 44 years old, and I’m currently over weight but expect to be in fabulous shape by years end.  Yes I can and Yes I will!
