No one was a bigger skeptic about T-Tapp than me. I've known about it for nearly two years, but I never thought it would work for me. After all ... I was already an "advanced" exerciser, wasn't I? I could keep up with just about every instructor out there, and for a woman over 45 years old that's pretty good, right? I was so wrong. Three years ago I lost 60 pounds using a popular advanced instructor's workouts and doing Weight Watchers. I was down to nearly the same size I had been in college, when I was at my thinnest. Slowly over the next two years or so I gained most of that weight back. Last March we began the process of relocating for my job, moving over 500 miles from the only state in which we'd lived. It was a very stressful process and I used that excuse to eat my way through the next eight months. Even after moving and settling in, my eating was out of control and my workouts were sporadic at best.

I read some posts on a popular fitness forum about T-Tapp and emailed Lannette Madden, asking for information. She sent links to various sites and I read everything. The next day I ordered Basic Workout Plus and Step Away the Inches. They came two days later, and as soon as I did Instructional #1 I was hooked! I had never exercised like this before! I watched the Seminar and devoured all the printed information. Two days later I called the office and ordered the add-on so I'd have Instructional #2 and Total Workout, and I ordered the CRT System.

Within two days I had lost three inches. I was floored. Within one week of doing just Instructional #1 and Basic Workout Plus, plus brushing, my wedding rings could slip off my fingers for the first time in eight months. I had held onto so much water weight and didn't even realize it. The alfalfa and Fibertox were working so well! I was aware of my posture all day long while sitting at a computer. People at work began asking me what I was doing differently. I had tons of energy! My sweet cravings disappeared. Literally disappeared! Understand, I was known at work as the woman who would never turn down chocolate or sweets! I've been T-Tapping now for three weeks and two days, and I have not had one piece of candy, chocolate, or anything sweet, and I do not even miss it. I will stare right at it and choose something else. My eating is so squeaky clean it's insane, and yet I find myself wanting to eat this way!

The first week I lost 2 pounds on the scale and ten and a half inches. Ten and a half inches!! Two of those were from my waist, and one and a half was from my abdomen! My skin glowed, the cellulite on the back of my legs, down my thighs, and even on my forearms was less noticeable. I felt fantastic! I stood taller, I sat taller, I was happier, and I was sleeping like a baby.

By week two I was doing Instructional #2, and it took me four days to get through all of Total Workout. I tucked and tightened just like Teresa said, and then I tried to move! Make no mistake about it - these workouts WORK you! I thought I was "advanced" - HA! I was so wrong. One thing I began to notice was how my muscle imbalances from traditional strength training mistakes became very noticeable when T-Tapping. It's so rehabilitative! My shoulders and knees hurt all the time previously. They no longer do. I also had allergies, which seem to have completely left my body!

Week two I lost one more pound and six more inches! Week three I lost another inch and a half, for a grand total so far of eighteen inches! My clothes are all very loose!!

I am a T-Tapper for life.
