At 48 I have been having menopausal symptoms for the past several years. Hot flashes and night sweats were becoming common, heavy periods were the norm. A month ago my period was extra heavy with clotting and extreme flooding. I was also having incontinence problems. I could not even stand up with out wetting and/or flooding, it was that bad. Going anywhere was almost impossible.
Serendipity stuck and I found your T-Tapp website. That night I read through the site for hours. The next morning I did Organs in Place and the Hoe Down exercises I found in the Try Before You Buy section of your website. I did Hoe Downs several times that day and OIP again that evening. Wow! I felt calm and energized just from the Hoe Downs. That morning I had measured myself and the next day I measured again and I had lost 1 1/2 inches in my waist! Not only that, later that day I had gone to the grocery store and it wasn't until I was driving home that I realized that I hadn't gone potty at all! I was ecstatic! My period slowed down and within a week it had stopped. I no longer suffer from incontinence. Not only that but in one week I lost a total of 10 1/2 inches, 3 1/2 of them off my waistline!
Now, after 30 days of doing just the T-Tapp Basic Workout+ I have lost a total of 17 1/2 inches and 9 pounds and I still eat chocolate when I want! I just find that I don't want it so much anymore :)
Best of all, no incontinence, no heavy bleeding and I haven't had a hot flash or night sweats in over 30 days!
I have found a work out that works not only on the waistline but also on the body as a whole!
