I ordered the T-Tapp tapes approx a month ago. The movements appeared way to easy. I found, however, upon trying the exercises these moves were definitely not easy. I also wondered if they were as effective as the testimonials declared.
My mom became ill and hospitalized, therefore,I was spending at all or at least half my days at the hospital, with the remainder at work, or commuting. I had no time to exercise or eat right for 4 weeks. The only move I learned was Hoe Downs, which I did with poor form and half a set. To be honest, it took me a week of practicing to be able to do the movements.
I did do one thing right during this month. I went into the hospital bathroom and did half of the Hoe Down Sequence, 3 - 7 times a day.
In the evening, my college age daughter would be very upset about her grandma being ill, but when I'd begin to do the Hoe Downs, she'd burst out belly laughing at my River Dance, she called it.
Well, after 4 weeks, I had lost 3 1/2 inches in my hips and went from a size 12 pants to a size 10. That is an effective exercise.
I called the T-Tapp Office to ask advise on losing weight and reducing my waist size. Lauren was extremely helpful, explained to me about God-made foods, and exercises for my waist.
Thank you Teresa Tapp!
