T-Tapp,
I'm so pleased with the results of T-Tapping after 14 days. I am 52 years old, 5'6" and now 135 lbs. I started the boot camp on Sept. 9th doing the #1 and #2 Instructionals, dry brushing and taking alfalfa. After the 3rd day I started the Total Workout: Beginner/Rehab, Awesome Legs, Jog Rocks, and Organs In Place/Half Frogs. I haven't taken the two days off to measure myself so the measurements were taken today before my 14th day workout. I've lost 5 3/4 inches and 3 lbs. I have suffered from constant pain in my right hip for years. I had an contrast MRI this summer and it showed I had a frayed labrum in my right hip. I decided not to have surgery on it and I am pleased to say after doing T-Tapp I no longer have hip pain. I also had eczema on my chest and after carefully dry brushing that area I no longer have eczema in that area. After today I will continue every other day with workouts until I look good in my two piece bathing suit. My motivation is celebrating our 30th anniversary in April 2007 on a Caribbean cruise and my 35th high school reunion in July 2007. I am a believer in T-Tapp.
