My Name is Holly Royer.  I started doing T-Tapp regularly about the middle of January 08 and I am absolutely hooked.  I do the Habit formers program which really keeps me motivated to do my 3 workouts per week.  My routine is simple. I have done a combination of Basic Plus Workout (BWO+) Beg/Rehab only three times a week. I am starting to take out BWO+ and concentrate more on the Beg/rehab.  I also skin brush about 4 times a week.  I have not changed my diet a bit.  If anything I've been eating more sweets.   My DH, Justin, is really noticing the changes and has been paying me all sorts of compliments such as... the other day he said that the cellulite on my rear is nearly gone, That the stretch marks on my back seem to be disappearing, That I have leg muscle that he hasn't seen before, and just yesterday he told me that he could see my six pack and "Wow you look so strong". I didn't even notice it before he mentioned it and I am really excited. Nothing motivates me more then when he tells me those things.  I was doing T-Tapp to get rid of cellulite and because I wanted to look more tone.  Six weeks later I am nearly at my goal.  My arms have really gotten a lot stronger.  I have lost inches in my thighs and now my legs are really toned.  Like I said I'm hooked.  This is the only workout I have wanted to stick with. Get this, I actually look forward to my workouts. Now I also need to mention that it has helped with my posture. Which helps with back pain.  I have been telling everyone I know about T-tapp and one of my friends who has had hip problems all of her life has been doing the BWO+ for two weeks and has found that it is really helping her hip.  She said when she doesn't do the BWO in the morning she can really tell the difference and feels like she needs to do the workout.  I am extremely happy with the results and want to thank Teresa and all of the T-Tapp Staff.
