I'm Jennifer and I'm a native Chicagoan. I've been Tapping off and on since 2000 when I found my way to your site through a diet website I'd been frequenting. At the time, I was willing to try anything and everything, so I bought the Instructional and Beginner-Rehab VHS tapes along with the CRT System.
I've been a dieter all my life. I've also been "pleasingly plump" my entire life. From 2000 to 2004, through Tapping regularly, I was the fittest I'd ever been but I was still married to the number on the scale. In 2004, despite my fitness level, the diet craziness got the best of me. For my own mental health, I quit dieting and I began following Naturally Thin, as advocated by T-Tapp Trainer Lani Muelrath, and I took a break from trying to control my body with exercise. Even while I took that break I always knew that T-Tapp was the best for my heart, my back and my overall health.
From April of 2004 to June of 2005, I gained nearly 70 pounds. I'd been starvation dieting for too long (since I was 13)! Off and on over the last few years, the weight has slowly started coming off naturally and Lani has always graciously encouraged me to be more consistent in my exercise. I kept coming back to T-Tapp; but never with any serious conviction.
Then came 2008 and something clicked. I started working out regularly (again) on February 11th, 2008. 37 days ago. I took my measurements and started with a 4 Day "Boot Camp". I only did the first 15 minutes of "Ladybugs" Standing through Hoe Downs and it was hard after so long away, but I felt good just doing as much as I could.
Fast forward 37 days. I've been Tapping almost every other day (EOD) just because it makes me feel so much better. I knew my clothes had started fitting better and that I've gone down a bra band size but I hadn't measured since I started. Then this morning, I got up and Tapped, and after my workout, I measured. I was just curious...
I'm down 13" overall! I love T-Tapp! 15-20 minutes almost every other morning for 37 days and I'm down 13" INCHES!!! I have a long way to go, but with T-Tapp and a little perseverance, I'm at home in my skin like I haven't been in years. No other workout can claim such magic!
Sincerely,
Jennifer Jones, IL
