My T-Tapp story begins in a BIG way, and I do mean BIG. I was so disgusted with my size that I was almost ready to opt for gastric bypass just to get my weight off. I was going through a divorce, moved to a new city and was just about at the end of my rope. I had T-Tapped on and off for about 6 months and had some inch loss previously, but I was at a standstill and nothing was coming off. The stress level was so high that I was either crying or sick most of the day, every day. Then the contest started up and I thought to myself…this is my chance, perhaps my only chance to do something for me.

I started out doing BWO+ for about 4 days and then moved on to beg/rehab. I completed a 12 day boot camp using both beg/rehab and tempo torso. I honestly felt like nothing changed for me and I got discouraged again because I had worked so hard and still nothing was happening. Then a co-worker said, your face is thinning up so much and you're looking really good. I thought to myself "yeah, sure, you just know I'm exercising and you're flattering me." I thought nothing of it but in the back of my mind I was thinking "my pants ARE feeling a little looser" but I afraid to measure myself. Then another lady I recognized only by sight said to me "How much weight have you lost?" That was last week and I was hoping against hope that when I measured this week, there would be some difference.

SURE ENOUGH, I measured on Friday morning and I had lost almost 20 inches. 20 INCHES! I am still in the same size, unfortunately but they are barely hanging on and I think in a couple more weeks, I will be down a size. This coming from a woman who was almost ready to give up and to give in. Thank you Teresa for this program and for having such a wonderful, caring staff to help ease me into exercise. I still have a long way to go, but with T-Tapp, anything is possible.
