Dear Teresa Tapp,
Regarding Heather Petrie - I want to thank you for introducing me to T-Tapp. It has been wonderful! The Nurse Practitioner recommended a medical massage with Heather after straining my lower back. I have had lower back problems in the past. One night I apparently twisted wrong in bed and woke up in a hunch over position. I was in severe pain with my lower back. I ended up going to the doctor who happened to be the Nurse Practioner that day. She prescribed some valium and recommended me to get a medical massage from Heather. I was able to get in the next day.
I walked into her office half hunched over. The medical massage was great. I was actually able to leave her office walking upright. I got another massage the next day for another back twinge and my shoulders/neck. I have suffered from shoulder pain since skiing a number of years ago. Again, I walked out of her office upright.
Heather told me about T-Tapp and how it may be helpful for me. A boot camp had started a couple days prior and she said I was welcome to join if I would like to try it. I thought, "What the heck!" I have tried so many other things.
A little background - I am 50 years old, post menopausal. I take low dosage of prozac everyday and Xanax as needed for anxiety attacks. I have had insominia for about 3 years. I have trouble falling asleep. I have tried tylenol PM, teas, over the counter sleep aids, and Lunesta. None worked but Lunesta helped some. I really wanted to not have to take anymore prescription meds.
I am overweight and out of shape. I try to use my elliptical trainer, which I do like.
So... July 11th, I started going to T-Tapp boot camp everyday. The first night, I fell asleep in a short time. I thought, "Wow! I must have been tired from getting up early". I felt pretty good. My body felt good. I went the next day - fell asleep again in a short time.
Since July 11, 2006, I have not had to take any pharmaceuticals to fall asleep. My back and shoulders have never felt better. My weight hasn't changed much yet, but my stomach pooch is not as big. My arms are not quite as floppy and my legs are getting firmer. I still have a ways to go, but T-Tapp has all ready helped me greatly in this short of time. My balance is coming along. The proudest thing I have to say is my flexibility. The first day, on the squat stretch, I couldn't squat very far. But now, I can squat almost as well as Heather!
I also have not had any anxiety attacks and have not needed Xanax. I still take Prozac but I asked my doctor if I could try it every other day. She said yes, and I will be trying that soon. (I am a middle school counselor and thought maybe I better wait until school starts, just in case!)
I cannot say enough great things about T-Tapp. I now attend every other day and will until I have to go back to work. (By the way, I also drive 25 minutes to get to T-Tapp, but it is worth it).
When school starts, I will T-Tapp to the video I purchased.
Because of T-Tapp, this 50-year-old post-menopausal woman feels so much better physically and mentally....
Sincerely,
Kim Andresen
