I was blessed to have stumbled on Teresa's book while accompanying my husband one night to Borders. It was on an Island that you had to walk past to gain entry. I was immediately struck by the claim to do something for only 15 minutes a day and get fantastic results. In flipping through it I was intrigued to see that these were moves that were not gym related or equipment focused. I love Yoga and Pilates philosophy and love the idea of working with the body to unleash its inner power. I purchased this book in-spite of the nagging feeling that I would be burying it one day in the graveyard of failed exercise routines of the past. At the time of the purchase I was lifting free weights and following an at home program even though I have a gym membership. I actually was getting compliments on my results on this program and had stuck with it for a full three months, which is impressive for me. So you may wonder why I would be willing to interrupt progress for something else. To answer you, I don't know, in part having been an exercise junkie always looking for that magic pill, but also the little that I had read and seen struck me that if I could have the health benefits and the figure to boot then this was too good not to pass up.

I read through the book over the weekend and immediately started the chapter 4 routine. I was doing the positions very slowly and immediately could feel the muscles working and the ingenious way the positions were targeting my body. I sent in my coupon and immediately bought the first of my many DVD's.

I have been doing this program for close to FIVE months now!! Remember when I was impressed with my three-month commitment to free-weights? I have never been this consistent with a program, and the reason I can be is because of results. In the three weeks it took for me to get my DVD's and learn the exercises I had completely stopped every other workout. My body started to become soft, but I wasn't worried I just trusted I would not regret it. Two weeks after doing the routine with my DVD's I started to see things lifting and shaping that I had been trying to improve since I was twenty-one and I had my son. Over time I only continue to improve on results and tone, shape and lift. My stomach is the flattest it has ever looked post pregnancy, which for me was my hardest spot to hit.

I am forty-one now and have a nineteen-year-old son. I love being a young mother and want to stun people who will meet me with the truth of the age of my son. I know that my shape will only continue to improve and what I write about today will only be the beginning of what I can share later.

I have not lost a size but I have lost inches and what I have has tightened and toned. I would not be shy about wearing shorts.... or a bathing suit even!

I have lost my tension neck and backache, my skin developed a glow just a few days into doing the program. My monthly cycle has been reduced to minimal discomfort and eliminated the bloating. I feel strong and confident and this only continues to increase.

I have learned so much beyond the core routine in how to take care of myself from what I eat to what I put on my skin from this website. I have an ace in the hole and it is called "Teresa Tapp" when it comes to aging. I am more confident than ever that I will age gracefully and as healthily as I can and I have never been tempted to look into another exercise routine and I can't imagine why I ever would. I guess all of the previous changes stemmed from a feeling that there must be something more, and there was and I found it, thank my lucky stars!
