My name is Michelle Leverette and I just had to write to let you know how excited and pleased I am with T-Tapp. I apologize for this being a little long but I am just so thrilled with this I want to really try to convey how I feel. I first learned about T-Tapp in 2004 from the Woman’s World magazine article. I examined the website, decided the exercises were too different and "weird" and that I couldn't afford the tapes. At this time I was 50 pounds overweight and I went on to gain another 30 pounds and develop diabetes!
Fast-forward to February 2007 and an email I received from Weight Watchers mentioning that T-Tapp was being discussed on their forum. I had forgotten about T-Tapp but as soon as I went to the website I remembered it. I looked at the success stories and visited the forum and still couldn't decide about it. I found that there was a book available so I ordered the book from Amazon. Well, I discovered that doing those hoedowns reduced my blood sugar. While I don't get the extreme results most do it reduces it by at least 30, which for me is wonderful! I had been doing Walk Away the Pounds for the past 4 months and had lost 20 of those extra 30 pounds and had firmed up a bit. I still had 60 pounds to go but I figured I was quite fit so the most T-Tapp could do for me would be to help me with blood sugar control. Boy was I wrong!
I had the book for a week and did OIP and hoedowns exactly 3 times. Then I scheduled a session with Dan and Phyllis Wiley, certified T-Tapp trainers in Middletown, Delaware. OH Boy!! They went through the MORE Workout with me (and the 2 friends that were with me) and really made sure our form was correct. They really worked us but while I was tired, I was also strangely exhilarated! And starving! When I got home that day my MORE tape had arrived. I proceeded to count the training session as my first day of boot camp and I ate my head off and planned to do the MORE instructional for the next 13 days. I did the Chair workout twice during these 13 days instead of the instructional. I lost 20 inches in 14 days and it's like a miracle to me. Phyllis and Dan are absolutely fantastic people! They email encouragement all the time and never hesitate to answer any questions I might have. They even give me instructions in email and give out their phone number if I have more questions. I can't say enough good things about them! I am now a T-Tapp evangelist! If all T-Tapp trainers are like them then Teresa has a great group of encouragers/coaches and T-Tappers everywhere are blessed. I find myself telling everyone about T-Tapp because it's just a wonderful, wonderful thing. I think that KLT must have been divinely inspired because it makes such a difference to doing this right.
Well, that's my story and I wanted to write to say that I love T-Tapp and I wanted you to know that Dan and Phyll are just the best trainers ever!
