I used to be one of those people who could eat whatever they wanted and didn't have to worry about weight. I got married at age 22 weighing 103 lbs. The next five years brought a lot of changes. During that time I had six pregnancies. The first three ended in miscarriage, and each one added on a few lbs. With the next three pregnancies, I had various complications and threatened premature labor and have accumulated 13 months bed rest. I now have three girls ages 3, 2, and 2 months. By now my weight is far from 103!
After my second daughter, recovery was slow. It was six weeks before I even began to wash dishes and prepare simple meals. You could forget about cleaning the house. I learned about T-Tapp while I was in the middle of 4 months of bed rest with my last pregnancy. I read all I could, and decided to order MORE.
I expected it to be a long time before I could do it. You can imagine my surprise when, at 3 weeks postpartum, I was able to make it through the whole thing. My form was far from perfect, but I completed it. That success spurred me on and I continued to do the workout 4-5 times a week. Each week my form improved a little. I was amazed at how fast my energy returned. By six weeks postpartum, I was physically back to the point that I was at a year after my previous pregnancy. I believe that T-Tapp played a huge role in that.
I have been T-Tapping for six weeks now and I have just graduated to the Total Workout. I have lost a total of 15 ΒΌ inches and 5 lbs. I believe that I have lost a lot more than 5 lbs of fat, but I am also developing muscle, which weighs more than fat. I started out still wearing my maternity clothes (probably would have been size 18) and moved down to a tight size 16. I am still wearing the 16's but they are pretty loose, so I could probably fit into 14's. That makes 2 sizes in six weeks. I still have a ways to go to get to my goal of 6, but I believe that with T-Tapp, it is just a matter of time.
