I had knee surgery in June of last year to fix a tear and also had a lateral release because my kneecap would literally pop out to the outside of my knee if I turned wrong or bumped it on something. The doctor also had to scrape the arthritis off the back of my knee cap because there was such a buildup (rheumatoid arthritis runs in my family) and I'm only 31! After several months of recovery and physical therapy, my knee still never felt quite right. I tried step aerobics and weights to lose some weight, but that really just made my knee hurt more. Then I found the T-Tapp system. I've been doing the Total Workout for almost 2 months and cannot believe how much better my knee feels! It is like there was never anything wrong with it! I've also lost 17.5 inches and feel better than I have felt in years. I've still got a ways to go on the weight, but with a knee that feels like new, I know I'll get there in no time.
