60 Day Challenge

Sheila Kahrs

I’m the average 52-year-old menopausal woman. (No period for 1.75 years). But I have had night sweats, insomnia and hot flashes. I have a fan and blanket when I go from cold to hot all night long. I am not on any therapy. I have been taking Alfalfa for the past 2 months. It really helps, especially the hot flashes for me. I stopped taking Alfalfa for a few days and I felt the hot flashes come back more frequently.

I have been overweight my whole life. I was in size 14/16 when I was 12 years old. I have been the typical yo-yo dieter. Lost and gained, lost and gained and never thin. I have been feeling older than my age these last 2 years. I am changing that now with T-Tapp.

I have not been exercising on a scheduled basis, though I should have. I know I would have seen even more results than I have. I am totally happy with the inch loss and the way I look and feel after this 2 months of T-Tapping.

I really ate what I felt like eating. I did include more fresh vegetables, salads and of course, my fruit smoothies.

My T-Tapping consisted of Beginner/Rehab, Basic Workout Plus, HTF Softer and Instructional 1 and 2.

I have not always completed all the reps on the workout but I tried very hard.

I have achieved a 10” loss, 1 12 lb loss, better posture, some of my cellulite is going away and looking at my pictures I think my face and neck look thinner.

Also, if I eat a hamburger/FF, I don’t jump right up 5 lbs on the scale overnight like before. Something about T-Tapping keeps me pretty stable.

I feel great and am looking to my future now. I can already see next year a thinner, healthier younger looking/feeling vivacious me!
