I was especially pleased with the rapid disappearance of "pudge" around the bra strap area. I've never been very fat or out of shape. I've been very fitness conscious and willing to put in the necessary effort to stay in shape. I like TaeBo but it made my thighs and butt bulky and bigger. Not anymore! I just do the T-Tapp Workout once a week and TaeBo 3 times a week but always do the "primary back stretch" before TaeBo.
