Teresa Ulrich

I’m a 42 year old active woman. I have done a variety of workouts from the Firm, Cathe, to more recently, Bar Method, Yoga, and Pilates. I loved the leaner look that the non-traditional workouts gave me. In fact, most people think I look thin and look like I weigh less than I actually do. Of course, I always felt I could pull in more.

Recently, I suddenly gained 5 unexplainable pounds, all of which concentrated in my stomach. Neither my eating nor activity level had changed, so I could only guess this was a result of peri-menopause at work. Not knowing how to rid myself of this new tummy bulge, without extreme dieting or exercising, I started looking for an alternative.

The fitness Internet forums that I frequented often talked about a program called T-TAPP. The discussions piqued my interest, so I decided to check out the T-TAPP website. The claims seemed to be too good to be true, but I felt desperate.

Upon advice of my forum friends, I purchased Teresa’s Fit and Fabulous in 15 Minutes book and the special issue of Women’s Fitness Magazine, which featured Teresa’s 90 Minute Seminar. I was fascinated by the information I had come across, and decided to give T-TAPP a try.  I used the coupon at the back of my book to get 30% off my first purchase.

I started a boot camp as soon as I received my new workouts. The workouts were different than anything I had ever done, but I could see how they were also similar to and compatible with the Yoga, Pilates, and Barre workouts I enjoy. In fact, I found those other disciplines were helpful in training me for the correct form needed to use for T-TAPP.

The first 3 days of the boot camp was tough in an unusual way. I didn’t feel I was working particularly hard, yet I was sweating and my legs were shaking. It was challenging to feel my muscles working in unusual ways, while keeping correct form and alignment. By day 4, holding form and alignment became much easier.

As the end of my first boot camp week approached, I felt a bit firmer, but my clothes hadn’t felt any different on me. Finally, measurement day came. I had no weight loss, but from my upper chest, arms, abdomen, lower thighs, and calves, I had lost a combined total of almost 5 inches! I’m so glad I measured as Teresa recommends, or I never would have realized how much I lost.

Honestly, I didn’t think T-TAPP would work for me. I thought only unfit people would see progress. I’m beginning to see I was wrong, and that I, too, can be one of those success stories. Now, I’m more inspired than ever to keep TAPPING.
