In 3 ½ wks I've lost a total of 13 1/4 inches doing the Total System. 1 1/4" off waist, 2" off hips, 1" off left upper thigh and ½" off right upper thigh. I'm a walking advertisement for everyone in Canada.

I've just completed 8 consecutive days of Beginner Total Workout. I can hardly believe all the muscle in my legs - never had muscle cuts like this before - Out of habit I keep looking at the scale but oh boy do my clothes fit good, so I know I'm losing inches. Never though such little effort in so little time could do this.

T-Tapp workout is the most effective I have ever encountered for tummy tightening - I'm amazed previously I'd been doing 50 sit-ups a day. I am amazed at the additional health benefits I've received in addition to a new body. I have a tilted uterus and whenever I got my period I couldn't stand for any length of time because of the severe pain. I assumed this was a fact of life from having children and epsiotomies (and Kegels didn't work) Well, I have not had ANY pain for pressure during any periods since starting the T- Tapp workout! After having this for 12 ½ years I have not had one problem for 5 months!!! I just wanted to say thank you from the bottom of my heart!

Teresa's idea of keeping knees over little toe is golden! I have been using her KLT technique even at work when standing for long periods. I was having trouble with chronic lower back pain, but since I started using this technique, doing the intermediate tape and doing the exercises you list online, It has virtually disappeared. This may not seem like a big thing until I tell you that I am training for a marathon. I did my 18 mile run last weekend and still haven't hear a peep out of my back or hip. I credit T-Tapp. Thanks!

Since I got married, I gained weight progressively. Finally, after several years and 20 pounds I decided it was enough and that I had to regain control over my life. I really enjoyed the T-Tapp system. I found it amazing, how deeply this system works the muscles. Teresa looks much more lean than other fitness celebrities. I have done the Reebok videos and many of the instructors look so bulky. Their muscles often times don't look long and lean. The T-Tapp system is just more effective.

I love the workouts(beginner w/Hit the Floor). After doing them for a couple of weeks along with the CRT system, I can already see the difference. I have been working out for about 18 years now and have done weight training, aerobics, kickboxing, etc. This is the first time I have seen these kinds of results in my legs. Since I have started doing Teresa's T-Tapp Total Workout at intermediate level, I have noticed a difference in the way my clothes fit. I am starting to show "cuts" in my sides that haven't been there for a LONG time! I used to be a devoted free weight workout person, but my body is in better shape now since I have been using the T-Tapp Workout. I did the beginner's workout today and although I usually do the "Firm" or a Cathe Friedrich Step Tape, my obliques, hamstrings & inner thighs are SORE! I'm still sore from yesterday when I just did the 2 T-Tapp Instructional videos, which I think are great little workouts on their own! The slow movements & full explanations really help you concentrate on the muscles you are working.

I wanted to let you know I've been doing the T-Tapp Workout for 3 weeks now and I love it. I have lost 3 lbs. in 5 days. I have chronic fatigue and irritable bowel syndrome & have a lot of headaches from constipation. I'm 29-years-old and & I'm amazed at how well the T-Tapp System works for those of us trying to achieve "perfection." You see, I completed the EAS 3 months to a better body program and lost 6 pounds of fat & gained 2 pounds of muscle (went from 19% body fat to 15%), but my hips and buns never slimmed down, so it was discouraging. I just figured it "runs in the family" and I'll just have to live with it. Fortunately, the money was well spent. I looked better from behind in less than 2 weeks using the T-Tapp System-(intermediate/Hit the Floor videos) than I did at the end of the EAS 3 month program lifting weights 3-4 times a week and doing aerobics about 4 times a week before that. Boy, I thought that my balance was excellent because of previous dance training. However, those T-Tapp principles of KLT (knee- little-toe) and body alignment (especially keeping fanny tucked) have made me work hard at reestablishing my balance! I also notice a big difference in my waist. I've always had a smaller waist, but after doing those "side pumps" in TaeBo, I got more of a "squarish" looking waist. With T-Tapp, it is finally going back in!

Thank you for sharing your expertise with those of us in the "over 40" crowd! Previously, I had been exercising at an 85% target heart rate at the health club for 5 days doing weights 3 times a week. This was my routine for 6 years and I was at a point that I didn't want to spend all of my time at the gym, but wanted to maintain good health/fitness. Not only do the T-Tapp videos give you more time, the give you a full workout! In 3 months I didn't lose any weight, but I did lose ½" everywhere. I am quite pleased with the routine.
