How to Use TappCore

 

Yes You Can Fit in Fitness
With all the moves being less than 8 minutes in length anyone can do a few of their favorite TappCore moves during the day! 

 

TappCore movements include:

1. Butterflies (1:13)
2. Triceps Curls (1:43)
3. Shoulders (2:04)
4. Chest Press (1:12)
5. Hoe Downs (2:21)
6. Spine (5:44)
7. Balance (4:34)
8. Chair (4:04)
9. Walking (7:48)

 
 

Each exercise on the TappCore DVD includes an instructional section that will teach you how to do the exercise and also a separate section that goes right through the exercise without instruction.  First, start with the instructional section for each exercise.  When you feel comfortable with that portion move on to the exercise without instruction. 

Once you know all the exercises you can combine a few of your favorites together to customize a mini-workout just for you! All of the TappCore exercises can be done alone or in combination with each other.  Here are a few examples of upper and lower body combinations:

TappCore Upper Body Exercises:

Many of the Florida schools were asking for a 30-minute TappCore rotation to meet the physical education needs of the students.  Teresa put together two different options for these rotations. 

30-Minute Rotation: Option 1
1 - Shoulders (2:04)
2 - Butterflies (1:13)
3 - Spine Stretch (5:44)
4 - Hoe Downs (2:21)
5 - Chest Press (1:12)
6 - Triceps Curls (1:43)
7 - Balance (4:34)
8 - No Duck Walking (7:48)
9 - Chair Movements (4:04)
