Greetings from the Midwest! My name is Lisa Ridder, Certified T-Tapp Trainer, Certified Personal Fitness Instructor and studying to be a Whole Health Educator and Wellness Coach. I am a wife and mother of two girls and live in the Indianapolis area.

Have you ever experienced a moment in time that would change the course of your life forever… when you knew that one moment started a chain of events that took you on an unexpected path?

Well, that is how it has been for me since discovering T-Tapp 2 ½ years ago while reading Dr. Perricone’s 7 Secrets to Beauty, Health, and Longevity. I was intrigued, and went to the T-Tapp website to order the Basic Workout Plus. After only 2 weeks of T-Tapping, I was hooked. The immediate benefits were improvement in energy level, mental clarity, and positive mental attitude.
A workout that looked so simple, was making me drip in sweat and afterwards leaving me feeling incredibly energized. I could see the muscles forming in my arms and legs, my body was visibly shrinking, and when I woke up in the morning, I no longer felt depleted and tired. I felt energetic and ready to start my day.

Throughout my life, I have always been a person who has maintained some sort of exercise program. I have been consistently strong and dynamically connected to my body, without having to be meticulous about what I ate – although, I do maintain a fairly healthy diet. Well, that all came to a halt as I started cruising through my 40’s – I noticed I wasn’t achieving the same results with my workouts as I did in my 20’s and 30’s – and my weight was not as easily maintained either.

All of that has changed, thanks to T-Tapp. During this past year, while studying and training for my upcoming certification, I have been consistently amazed at the many “levels” to T-Tapp. When I first started, I realize now, I was barely scratching the surface and during this past year – I discovered how “deep” you can truly take your workouts.
