My name is Lois Frost and I reside in New Rochelle, New York (Westchester County, just north of NYC). I am the mother of two and grandmother of three. In fact, my daughter, Karen, is a T-Tapp trainer as well - we have had the distinct pleasure of going through the process together. Unfortunately, we live 3000 miles apart, she being from California.
I have studied piano all my life. My undergraduate degree is in music and I have been performing and teaching piano to students of all ages for thirty years. But, I also have always been interested in diet, health, and exercise/fitness. So, in the early 90”s, I went back to school and obtained a Master’s Degree in Nutrition. I have had a busy private practice ever since.
I discovered T-Tapp in 1999 when Teresa was connected with Women’s Fitness Magazine. These were the early days of T-Tapp. I had many personal conversations with Teresa on the telephone at that time. I knew from the start that Teresa is special – that she is not only beautiful, kind, compassionate, and selfless, but that she emanates the highest level of integrity. I also knew that T-Tapp exercise program is unique.
When I attended my first T-Tapp retreat in March of 2000 (and true of the many I have taken part in since), I literally had to pinch myself to believe I was actually there; I was so grateful that the universe sent me in this direction. I have always been active in some sort of exercise program from cardio and sculpting classes at the gym to racewalking two 26-mile marathons. Over the years, my weight has fluctuated and I always complained about my “saddle bags.” I am convinced that there is nothing that can compare with T-Tapp. Not only is the inch loss far greater in all the right places and in the least amount of time than anything I’ve done in the past, but it is truly, as Teresa calls it, a “wellness” workout. I have had a fair amount of dance growing up, so I do have an awareness of my body. It is always a thrill to see and to feel the progress- little by little getting stronger and being able to isolate each muscle. Yet, it continues to be a challenge. As a nutritionist, I can appreciate how it affects every aspect of optimizing one’s health. I personally have never felt better or had more energy and stamina in my life. Except for an occasional 4-mile walk, T-Tapp is the only exercise that I do. T-Tapp exemplifies the motto and proves that age is just a “number.”
Needless to say, I am passionate about T-Tapp and I look forward to sharing and helping others to be healthy and strong and to reach their goals. I offer private sessions and classes.
